Natural Ingredients
We are commited to create products using the finest natural ingredients which help with cleaning and contributes to healthy and glowing skin.
The ingredients are kind and gentle to the skin, infused with lots of minerals, vitamins and the natural goodness for skin pampering.
In addition, our products and ingredients are:
- eco-friendly/ biodegradable
- child friendly
- halal safe
- animal friendly
- free from harsh chemicals such as SLS, paraben and T.E.A.

Essential Oil
Essential oils added in our soap bar are of high grade quality. They are extracted directly from the plants.
No synthetic ingredients used in our products.

Allergy or sensitive to certain ingredients
All ingredients involved are on the websites. Do ensure you review the ingredients list before the purchase.
If you have any question, feel free to reach out to us.
Shelf life
Our products are all freshly made and our cold pressed soap fully cured for as least 6 weeks before open for sale.
We suggest you use them within 6 months from purchase for the most optimal freshness.
Do also store them in a cool dry place, away from the direct sunlight.
Are your products vegan
Yes they are!
We love and care for animals as much as you do, hence we consciously avoid using any animals products.
Out of stock and back orders
As our items are handcrafted and carefully formulated with precise recipe, we are only able to work in small batches to ensure the quality and freshness.
Please suscribe to us to receive the latest update and be kept informed when there is a new batch ready/ any back order open or other information release.
Can I use the soap on my face
Our soap can be used for your whole body.
However, If your face is more sensitive, we recommend you to check with your dermatologist to be safe!
Why are there tiny little bumps on your soap
Due to the natural ingredients used, these litle bumps are natural occurances during the cold process.
We can choose to shave them away, or not. But they do not affect the efficacy or function of the soaps in any way. Though we feel they sometimes add a bit of character, don't you think?
Orders
What is the current status of my orders
Once order has been made, you will receive an email from us on the status of the order placed, out for delivery, and items delivered.
If you did not receive any of such email, check your spam tab or reach out to us via email and we will aim to get back to you within 3 working days.
Note - you should receive your order within 3 working days of despatch.
What is the delivery cost
For orders SGD$80 and above: Free courier delivery
For orders below SGD $80: Standard courier delivery of SGD$5

Does The Shower Time provide self-pick up
We currently only provide delivery. Do make sure to check your status of delivery.
We apologies for the inconvenience. Self pick up is only available for bulk purchase/ custom made products.
I had indicated the incorrect address for delivery
Should such circumstances occurs, please reach out to us ASAP.
We are afraid we are unable to guarantee to have this amend successfully but we will do our best to work with our delivery vendor.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the right address has been indicated.
Order Refund/ Returns
We regret you have received the damage item. However given the nature of the products, we usually unable to allow returns once it have been dispatched.

Change or cancel order
Only applicable for orders that has not been packed and dispatched for delivery. Reach out to us via email "_________" asap for us to advice accordingly.

We are open to bulk and custom made request/ partnership, with a minimum order of 30 pieces.
